To make it easier for you to raise a query with us, we have merged Ask Edexcel and Ask the Expert into one online enquiry service.
You can use it to ask any question about the delivery or teaching of Edexcel qualifications. Search the database of frequently asked questions or submit your enquiry directly to us using the easy-to-use online enquiry form. You’ll receive a personal response sent to the email address you provide from one of our administrative or teaching experts.
For enquiries concerning the administration and delivery of our qualifications (for example the registration and entry process, or the submission of achievement information), our customer services team will receive your query and will either respond or pass it on to an expert in the relevant area in Edexcel who will get back to you.
Enquiries regarding the teaching of one of our qualifications, such as the content of the specification and how to interpret it, will be forwarded to our team of over 200 subject experts, all of whom are senior members of our examining, moderating and verifying team. They will respond to you personally at the email address you provide.
It’s easy to tell us whether your question is about teaching or administration – just check the right button on section 2 of the web query form. We’ll also ask you to tell us which qualification or aspect of delivery your question relates to before you type in your question itself. All of this will help us route it to the right expert so that you receive a response from us as soon as possible.
We aim to respond to any enquiry sent to us online within two working days and, in many cases, a lot more quickly than that.
We’re going to be focusing on improving the quantity and quality of information in the FAQs database so you may find the answer to your question here straight away. You can also let us know what you think about the answers in the database by telling us whether you found them useful or not. All of this will help us refine the content and make it more helpful.
If you have an enquiry relating to a particular subject, don’t forget to check our subject advisor service.
