If unit success has been reported incorrectly, please use form SA16(BTEC) - which you can find below - to report the correct outcomes. This must be signed by the designated individual and forwarded to Service Operations.
Any amendments to unit success that you request after we have issued the final certificate must be accompanied by a written explanation detailing how the error occurred and what steps, if any, have been taken to prevent a recurrence.
If we have already issued you with the award documentation, you'll need to return this to us so that we can reprint a revised document.
Any requests for amended certificates that we receive more than one month after the certificates were issued will be subject to our duplicate certificate fee, applicable when you make the request.
