Before qualifications are finally issued, you can make unit upgrades through Edexcel Online or by EDI.
After the qualification has been issued, any amendments to reported unit grades must be accompanied by a written explanation. Where we have already issued award documentation, please return the original Notification of Performance to us so that we can issue a revised document.
Where the amendment leads to a change in the overall qualification result, you'll need to return the original qualification certificate and Notification of Performance to us together with form SA16(BTEC) - which you can find below - and/or a covering letter.
Any requests for amended certificates that we receive more than one month after the certificates were issued will be subject to our duplicate certificate fee, applicable when you make the request.
