To offer an Edexcel BTEC (NQF) qualification, you will need to obtain centre and qualification approval.
Centre approval
Edexcel is one of the leading awarding bodies in the UK, offering the full range of academic and vocational qualifications. We are committed to meeting the training needs of our customers through the delivery of qualifications in almost every occupational sector and at all levels.
You can be assured that by working with Edexcel and the employers team you will receive support and guidance on the centre approval process. This includes assistance in the development and delivery of training programmes that will lead to qualifications that are nationally recognised and respected by those within the industry.
To start the process of becoming an Edexcel accredited centre, simply complete an Expression of Interest form. A member of the Work-based Learning team will then contact you to discuss becoming an accredited Edexcel centre.
Qualification approval
If you are an existing Edexcel employer/training provider centre wishing to offer an additional NQF BTEC qualification, you can apply via Edexcel Online. Applications for some BTEC qualifications cannot be accepted via Edexcel Online and will need to be submitted using form BTEC1.
