To ensure our administration process runs as smoothly as possible for you, we’ve developed Edexcel Online, our online registration and certification system which is available, free of charge, to all our centres. Edexcel Online allows you to immediately:

• Register new learners
• Update records
• Claim certificates
• Apply for further qualification approvals
• Access your latest External Verifier reports
• Monitor your invoices
• Order publications.

Edexcel customers offering BTEC Technical Certificates as part of an Apprenticeship have the choice of developing their own assessment materials, or using an onscreen, on-demand, multiple choice test provided by Edexcel.

The tests are available for Technical Certificates in: 

• Business Administration
• Children’s Care, Learning and Development
• Customer Service
• Health and Social Care
• Management
• Retail
• Team Leading.

The Level 2 test contains 40 questions and the Level 3 test contains 50 questions. If you register your learners as part of an Apprenticeship Package, you will receive unlimited resits for both the Technical Certificate and the key skills tests.

We recognise that a ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach to verification does not meet everyone’s needs. Depending on the number of learners you have and the qualifications you offer, we can provide personalised and flexible verification options. Through Edexcel Online, we guarantee that once a successful certificate claim has been made, your learners’ certificates will be in your centre within 10 working days.
