We believe we’re the best choice for work-based learning. As part of Pearson, the world’s leading education company, we’re committed to working with training providers and further education colleges to develop winning qualifications and services that deliver shared objectives without the added bureaucracy.
Unlike other awarding bodies, we don’t charge you an approval fee, and, more importantly, we’re committed to delivering the highest level of customer support. Once you’ve decided that Edexcel is the best choice for you, we will appoint a dedicated account manager who will help you through the entire process from approval to delivery. Our account managers are trained to remove the red tape, allowing you to concentrate on what you do best: maximising the achievements of your learners.
To ensure our administration process runs as smoothly as possible for you, we’ve developed Edexcel Online, our online registration and certification system which is available, free of charge, to all our centres. Edexcel Online allows you to immediately:
Edexcel customers offering BTEC Technical Certificates as part of an Apprenticeship have the choice of developing their own assessment materials, or using an onscreen, on-demand, multiple choice test provided by Edexcel.
The tests are available for Technical Certificates in:
The Level 2 test contains 40 questions and the Level 3 test contains 50 questions. If you register your learners as part of an Apprenticeship Package, you will receive unlimited resits for both the Technical Certificate and the key skills tests.
We recognise that a ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach to verification does not meet everyone’s needs. Depending on the number of learners you have and the qualifications you offer, we can provide personalised and flexible verification options. Please contact your account manager to explore these options in detail.
Through Edexcel Online, we guarantee that once a successful certificate claim has been made, your learners’ certificates will be in your centre within 10 working days.
