This page shows all of the qualifications available for your sector including:

• BTEC Firsts (Level 2 qualifications)
• BTEC Nationals (Level 3 qualifications)
• BTEC Higher Nationals (Level 4 and 5 qualifications).

The page may list more than one version of the same qualification if the specification has recently been updated or there are currently students registered on more than one version of the course.

The example below shows that we currently have three versions of BTEC Firsts in Applied Science.

Students who registered after August 2006 but before September 2010 will be on the 'BTEC Firsts from 2006' version. Students who registered after August 2010 but before September 2012 will be on the 'BTEC Firsts from 2010' version. Students who registered/are looking to start after August 2012 are likely to use the 'BTEC Firsts from 2012' version.

Once you have selected your qualification, you'll be able to view the specification by selecting ‘Specification’ from the documents menu.

The specification contains all of the course details and assessment and grading criteria.
