Each year, more than 2.5 million students take our qualifications. From what you’ve told us, we know that you prefer to find the information you need online rather than having to call or email us.
Our aim is to make our website as user-friendly and informative as possible, so that you can find what you’re looking for quickly and easily.
Of course, not everything can be resolved by reading an FAQ or watching a video. You can get in touch with us online via Facebook and Twitter. If you’d like to call or email us, the details are here. |
We're committed to:
- Making our website as user-friendly as possible
- Updating our website regularly with useful information, advice and guidance
- Using your feedback to adapt our website to suit your needs
- Responding to your enquiries as quickly as we possibly can
- Treating all our customers with courtesy and respect
‘I'm not happy with my grade, please can you change it?’ (and other difficult questions)
If only life were so simple! We want to provide the best possible service and give you as much information as we can, but we have limitations.
|
We can't answer questions about what topics you should use in your coursework, explain particular points in the specification or give you feedback on your exam or coursework.
It wouldn't be fair on other students if we provided this information to individuals and it could bring the standards of our qualifications into question.
We also have joint agreements with other exam boards to ensure that every student is treated equally and fairly. As such, there are rules that we can’t make exceptions for. |

If you can’t find the information you need about these procedures on our website, give us a call or send us an email.
