Below, you'll find solutions to the most common technical issues experienced with ESM and Administrator software when delivering onscreen tests.
Issue: Test(s) are showing on www.catglobal.com. However, when the invigilator goes to the ESM inbox, the test(s) are not available. |

Solution: This can be resolved by editing the Promissor ESM Server registry key CentreID in the local registry setting and restarting your PC. The video below is a step-by-step guide to resolving this:

Issue: I can log in to www.catglobal.com with my ESM username and password, but I get an invalid user name and password when logging in to ESM. |
Solution: This could be due to the client not being able to connect to the www.catglobal servers. To check connectivity, carry out a trace to the server (159.182.112.210) from the client via the command prompt. If the I.P. address ends with .222, it's connecting successfully.
