| We have re-accredited the new Customer Service SVQs derived from the revised National Occupational Standards that are now maintained by the standards setting body for Customer Service, the Council for Administration.
The new SVQs have been accredited from 1 May 2011 and will be included within the relevant Customer Service Scottish Modern Apprenticeship (SMA) frameworks. |

The titling of the qualifications has been amended in line with instruction from the regulatory body, SQA Accreditation. They have advised that awarding bodies must reflect the credit and levelling of individual qualifications on the Scottish Credit and Qualification Framework (SCQF) in the title of their accredited qualifications. Qualifications that will be considered for inclusion within an SMA framework, and therefore eligible for public funding, must now be acknowledged on the SCQF.
