For the website texts, please note that it is only necessary to study the homepage of the websites.

Tasks and themed texts for both 2011-2012 and 2012-2013 assessment are both available on this page. Please ensure that you study the correct task and themed texts for the academic year in which you intend to submit your marks:

2011-2012School Meals; Talent Television

2012-2013: Travel; Festivals

For each theme, centres are provided with three digital texts and three paper texts. As stated in the specification, the digital texts should be studied onscreen. However, in response to centre feedback, we have provided printable versions for those digital texts that do not otherwise print easily.

Please note that the content will be the same across the digital and printable versions, but the format may differ slightly.

Centres must be aware that if opting for a digital text, the live assessment must be viewed onscreen.
