Campaign! Make an Impact is a cross curricular model which uses historic campaigns to teach campaign communication skills inspiring children to run their own campaigns about issues that affect them today. From end April 2009 the new Campaign! Make an Impact website www.bl.uk/campaign will provide resources suitable for use with the new GCSE in Citizenship. |

Parliament Education Service
We are working with Parliament’s Education Service to gather resources for both students and teachers to support the political literacy and citizenship education requirements of the national curricula in the UK. Parliament’s Education Service works with schools and members of both Houses of Parliament to support young people in developing their understanding of Parliament and democracy. |

Their ‘You’ve got the power’ pack consists of a DVD and a teacher's booklet containing lesson plans, curriculum links, information sheets and worksheets. It is available for three age groups: 7-11s, 11-14s and 14-18s.
