Effective Behaviours for Work (EBW) is a new suite of professional qualifications designed to develop key skills and associated behaviours that will allow employees and prospective employees to contribute more effectively in the workplace. Edexcel BTEC Effective Behaviours for Work:
• assesses and certificates a learner’s understanding and application of effective behaviours in the workplace
• is a direct response to the findings in the independent research on Effective Education for Employment (April 2009) by Edexcel and White Loop
• helps organisations obtain better outputs from their employees
• is available at Levels 1 to 5, and Level 7.
