Edexcel Online Terms and Conditions

Users are granted access by their centre administrator or by Edexcel directly and this provides access to sensitive and personal information covered by the Data Protection Act as well as confidential materials relating to the administration and delivery of examinations and assessments.  You must access and use this information for Edexcel business purposes only.  Improper use of the information you have access to might be an offence under the Data Protection Act and may constitute a breach of the Joint Council for Qualifications General Regulations and Instructions for the Conduct of Examinations.  Examination and controlled assessment materials must only be accessed in accordance with specific instructions and must be stored securely.  Edexcel reserves the right to withdraw approval either for a specific user, the delivery of a specific qualification or centre approval for all qualifications at any time, if the centre has not complied with any part of those regulations. Edexcel's password protected services and secure online materials are to be accessed by centre staff only; accounts should not be created for students under any circumstances, the sole exception being the online results for students service, ResultsPlus Direct. Where appropriate, material can be made available to students directly by centre staff, but not through the provision of student logins.
