    Please ensure that you have the latest versions of the software installed (released in October 2012). If you are operating on a previous version, you will need to move onto the latest versions by 30 April 2013.

  • Enterprise SiteManager and Administration Upgrade release (21 October-9 December 2012) 
    We're pleased to announce that the grace period for the Enterprise Site Manager and Administrator software has been extended until Sunday 17 February 2013. After this date, the upgrade will become mandatory.

  • How far in advance can I view my booked test in the Enterprise SiteManager inbox?
