Millions of learners gain a vocational qualification every year to help widen their skills, continue into further study or advance their career. Founded in 2008, VQ day celebrates vocational achievement and aims to raise the profile of vocational qualifications. This year, VQ Day will take place on 23 June. Over 50 events were held last year and this year is set to be an even bigger success. |

Last year, we received over a million registrations for our vocational qualifications. We provide a wide range of vocational qualifications, including BTECs, NVQs, key skills and Adult Skills. BTEC is by far the most popular and successful vocational qualification we offer, and can be taken as well as, or in place of, GCSEs and A levels in schools and colleges. |
|
BTECs provide a practical, real-world approach to learning alongside theoretical background. They appeal to many learners because they are work-based but also allow progression into further and higher education.
