We want to help you as much as possible but some complaints must be raised with your school or college, who will contact us on your behalf. You can read more about this here.
Important information for centres
Please note that our complaints team are unable to resolve matters relating to ‘Enquiry About Results’ (EARs) and ‘Appeals’. These are dealt with by dedicated teams, who independently review cases and ensure we are working to Ofqual requirements. Further guidance relating to Post Results Services, and the correct channels to use, can be found in the Post Results Services section of your Information Manual.
