Needs-Focused Classroom Management 

For any teacher who is experiencing problems with difficult groups and individuals in the classroom, Needs-focused Classroom Management will provide a clear and simple, step-by-step blueprint for successfully managing the most challenging individuals and groups.

You’ll be taught the essential elements of the Needs-Focused Approach to classroom management including preventing the majority of problems from happening in the first place; building, maintaining and repairing teacher-pupil relationships and responding proactively to diffuse and de-escalate disruption and confrontation.

The training is delivered through an active/group learning format using activities, demonstrations and games that participants can take straight back into their own classrooms.
