Changing Negative Behaviour to Positive Performance 

This one-day session will introduce techniques to help you engage your difficult members of staff to move their negative behaviour to positive performance. Designed to be creative and energising, the programme will help you identify what constitutes difficult behaviour, the impact it has on the individual and the team and solutions to create outstanding working relationships.  Participants will learn how to develop resilience and flexibility, you will use the resources of the group to find solutions to engage your staff members, build emotional intelligence in the staff room and class room and lose the negativity that can bring morale down and impair performance. Put this learning into practice and the benefits to the centre will be a measurable improvement in leadership and  management and a reduction in time lost to performance management and staff absence.
